The following Terms & Conditions is a legal contract between an individual user and The Timpanogos Moving Company regarding liability and use of The Timpanogos Moving Company's Services.

By booking with The Timpanogos Moving Company, you are referred to this page and therefore become understanding and liable for the following information.

Payments: Payments to Timpanogos Moving can be made with any Debit/Credit Card, Cash, Check, Venmo or Zelle. Payment is due upon completion of the job. If Timpanogos Moving is required to take any legal action in any effort to collect any outstanding debt arising from this agreement, this contract grants Timpanogos Moving that right.

Initial Deposit: In order to secure your move we request an initial deposit equivalent to two hours worth of work for the job requested. For example, a job request for two movers for two hours at $100 per hour would require an initial deposit of $200. This initial deposit is applied to the final bill total at the end of the move.

Cancellations: We understand that circumstances can change and sometimes as a customer you will need to cancel. Please reach out to us at 801-900-5892 or timpangosmoving@gmail.com in order to cancel a scheduled move. If cancelling prior to 24 hours before the scheduled move time there is no cancellation fee, however, if cancelling within 24 hours of a scheduled move a cancellation fee of $100 will be retained from the initial deposit which will go to the movers.

Released Liability Coverage: Although our moving staff will be as careful as possible, from time to time damages may occur. Our company provides Basic Liability Coverage at $0.60 per pound (standard industry wide) of the item being moved or additional options can be found at www.movinginsurance.com. If you would like to purchase additional coverage please do so now through the website provided above. As required by the Department of Transportation we also carry auto and cargo liability insurance for moves performed with our trucks. For moves performed using rental trucks/storage pods we also suggest obtaining insurance through the rental company. All claims must be made before our movers depart the location of the move. In order to make a claim please document the damage and email or call us immediately.

Uncovered Items: Fine China, Ikea Furniture, Particle Board Furniture, Antiques, Glass, Clocks, Glassware, Lamps, Mirrors, Pictures, Artwork, Flat Panel Televisions that are not in their original packaging, boxes that aren't packed by us, items that the customer helps move, items where damages occur when proper padding was not provided in the case where the customer uses their own truck or a rental truck, or any other fragile articles that are not packed and unpacked by Timpanogos Moving will only be moved at the owners risk. Because the mechanical condition of electronics and appliances is unknown, we only assume responsibility for items which are mishandled or receive visible damage by our staff.

Timpanogos Moving is only responsible for items in our immediate care. Timpanogos Moving assumes no responsibility for money, jewelry, or other valuables, please make sure these items are safely put away before our moving crew arrives. Please inspect all goods before the movers leave. We do not cover items that aren't brought to our attention the day of the move. We only offer standard industry wide insurance of $0.60 per pound for qualifying items if you do not purchase additional insurance by going to www.movinginsurance.com prior to the move.

Timpanogos Moving reserves the right to refuse the moving of certain items due to occupational hazards for moving personnel and our future clientele. (Bed bugs, Mold, Feces, etc)
